AIRG Dubai 2026 — A Hands-On Programme in Aesthetic, Functional and Regenerative Gynaecology

AIRG admits a cohort of fourteen physicians through a structured admissions process — not by payment order. You submit a non-binding enquiry; the programme office responds within 1 business day, a brief online interview follows (usually within 3 business days), and a written decision within 2 business days of it. Payment is arranged only after acceptance.

Only after written admissions acceptance. The admissions enquiry and interview stages involve no payment. Accepted delegates receive full enrolment terms in writing — including the payment schedule, cancellation terms and force majeure provisions — before any payment is requested.

AIRG is designed for practising physicians with a relevant clinical scope — including gynaecologists, obstetrician-gynaecologists, plastic and aesthetic surgeons (women's health focus) — who see aesthetic, functional and regenerative gynaecology as a serious extension of clinical practice. Eligibility for the surgical components depends on the delegate's professional scope; this is confirmed during the admissions interview.

Yes. Every delegate works on real patients across both clinical days: supervised non-surgical procedures on Day 2, and direct participation in surgical cases on Day 3, under the guidance of Op. Dr. Özgür Ağlamış at the programme's partner clinical facilities in Dubai. AIRG is built around supervised patient-based practice, not passive attendance.

The full three-day programme — including the Global Village welcome evening on 17 November — accommodation at the Grand Mercure Dubai in Business Bay, all airport and inter-venue transfers, lunches and refreshments on programme days, the programme welcome pack and clinical materials, the completion, fellowship and attendance certificates, a visa support letter and twelve months of alumni access. International flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included.

Yes. The $4,900 fee includes accommodation at the Grand Mercure Dubai in Business Bay — the hotel that also hosts the theory day — for the duration of the programme, together with airport pickup and drop-off and all inter-venue transfers. The admissions office coordinates the logistics around each delegate's confirmed flights.

The single Course Director structure is deliberate. AIRG is not a fragmented multi-speaker event. One clinical author leads the full sequence — from foundations and regenerative technologies to supervised patient-based practice and surgical cases — preserving continuity, supervision quality and direct faculty attention across all clinical days.

AIRG is designed for physicians with the relevant clinical scope. Delegates leave with structured exposure to indications, patient selection, technique frameworks, supervised practice and the clinical pathways for responsible integration into appropriate practice, subject to the delegate's professional scope and local regulatory framework. The programme prepares — it does not authorise.

AIRG is in person only. Its structure is built around supervised live procedures in clinical settings — this cannot be delivered remotely. Attendance for the full programme in Dubai (18–20 November, plus the welcome evening on 17 November) is required.

Yes. A visa support letter is included in the programme fee and is issued to accepted delegates on the formal offer of place. The letter supports the delegate's visa application; delegates remain responsible for their own visa process. ATDERA provides the supporting documentation.

Three documents: an ATDERA certificate of completion with a unique verification identifier, registered against atdera.com/verify and verifiable in perpetuity; a fellowship certificate issued by Course Director Op. Dr. Özgür Ağlamış; and an ATDERA certificate of attendance. The certificates document completion of a structured postgraduate medical education programme; they do not replace local licensure.
