Surgical Observership Programme
Shadow senior surgeons in theatre, with ward rounds, MDT and morbidity and mortality meetings, across selected surgical specialties.
Dental Clinical Involvement
Observe complex implant cases, full-mouth rehabilitation and digital workflow including CAD/CAM, with a hands-on component on models.
Multi-Specialty Rotation
Rotate through 2–4 departments over an extended period. Attend departmental conferences, case presentations, and gain breadth of clinical exposure.
Clinical Shadowing
Entry-level observation for medical students and early-career physicians, coordinated with a clinical mentor and focused on decision-making.
Fellowship & Academic Consulting
Extended academic engagement including research fellowships, visiting scholar positions, and publication mentorship.
Research Fellowship Pathway
Placed in a clinical department with an assigned principal investigator: ongoing projects, data collection, analysis and article preparation.

Publication Mentorship
One-on-one mentorship on article preparation, study design, statistical analysis, journal selection, and application process.
Practical Advanced Training
Intensive hands-on workshops and masterclasses for experienced practitioners, featuring cadaver labs, simulation training, and advanced surgical techniques.
Cadaver Lab Workshops
Didactic lectures followed by cadaveric dissection on fresh-frozen specimens, a 1:2 faculty ratio and 3D projection of each technique.
Simulation-Based Training
High-fidelity scenarios on mannequins, VR platforms and task trainers, covering technical skills and crisis resource management.
Advanced Surgical Techniques
Live surgery observation, video-based case review, and hands-on simulation or cadaver work. Small groups focused on specific advanced techniques.
Dental Masterclasses
Intensive small-group training, maximum 16 participants: lectures, live patient demonstrations, hands-on model practice and implant cadaver work.
