Custom Programme Design
Customised programme built around specific institutional needs. ATDERA's education team designs curriculum, selects faculty, and arranges logistics.
Programme Overview
When an institution's training requirements do not map cleanly onto existing programme formats, ATDERA builds from scratch. The custom programme design service is a fully consultative process: ATDERA's academic and operational team works directly with institutional stakeholders to understand the target audience, learning objectives, desired clinical environment, and any regulatory or accreditation parameters that must be satisfied.
From that needs-assessment, ATDERA designs a complete curriculum architecture — defining learning domains, sequencing content blocks, selecting faculty from the clinical network, and arranging all operational logistics including accommodation, clinical access permissions, and scheduling. Faculty are chosen for their specific expertise relative to the programme's content scope, not drawn from a generic pool. The result is a programme that is coherent, clinically credible, and tightly aligned to what the institution actually needs.
Duration and format are entirely variable. Some custom programmes run for a single week of intensive observation; others are structured as multi-month rotational engagements with defined academic milestones. ATDERA remains involved throughout delivery — coordinating between supervising clinicians, monitoring trainee progression, and handling any operational issues that arise — and conducts a formal programme review at conclusion to support future iterations.
