Delivery takes place either on-site at the client's own facilities or at ATDERA's partner clinical and simulation centres in Turkey, depending on the nature of the training and the level of hands-on exposure required. For device or technique-focused programmes, sessions are typically structured around a combination of expert-led didactic instruction, live or recorded case observation, and supervised simulation practice. Faculty are drawn from ATDERA's clinical network and selected specifically for their relevant sub-specialty expertise and familiarity with the product or technique in question.
