ATDERA is a London-based coordination platform. Current clinical operations are delivered through partner clinic relationships in İzmir, Türkiye, under the ATDERA Care Network model. The distinction matters: London is the corporate platform; İzmir is the operational delivery layer — not a corporate office.

This form is for first contact only. It is not the route for clinical documents, imaging, laboratory results, photographs or full medical histories. When a case is ready for structured clinical review, the team will direct you to the pre-consultation enquiry, which is a separate, secure route. Any acknowledgment you receive afterwards is operational correspondence, not marketing. ATDERA's role and its boundaries with treating clinicians are set out in the Medical Disclaimer.

A few things worth knowing before you send

These are not bureaucratic caveats. They are the honest boundaries of what these forms are designed to do — and they protect you as much as they protect the clinical process.

If your case is ready for clinical review, there is a separate route

Once your pathway is confirmed and you have records or imaging to share, use the clinical review intake. Public contact forms do not accept medical documents and are not connected to the clinical review process.

Your data is handled with the same care as your case

Submissions are handled under ATDERA’s privacy notice and terms of use. Data is minimised, held securely, and never used for marketing or third-party communications.

You see an immediate confirmation on screen

As soon as your message is received, the page shows a confirmation with your enquiry reference and a clear description of the next step — without promises about timing we cannot keep.

A personal acknowledgment arrives by email

A short, direct acknowledgment is sent from the team member who will be handling your enquiry. It is not automated follow-up, and it does not subscribe you to anything.

Clinical review is proposed only when it is genuinely the right step

If your situation is ready for structured clinical review, the team will recommend the intake process. It is always presented as a separate, explicit step — never assumed.
