These are not bureaucratic caveats. They are the honest boundaries of what these forms are designed to do — and they protect you as much as they protect the clinical process.
Once your pathway is confirmed and you have records or imaging to share, use the clinical review intake. Public contact forms do not accept medical documents and are not connected to the clinical review process.
Submissions are handled under ATDERA’s privacy notice and terms of use. Data is minimised, held securely, and never used for marketing or third-party communications.
You can reach the general team at hello@atdera.com and the education team at info@atdera.com. Both addresses go to real people.
Every message is read by a person. Here is what you can expect — so there are no surprises after you press send.
As soon as your message is received, the page shows a confirmation with your enquiry reference and a clear description of the next step — without promises about timing we cannot keep.
A short, direct acknowledgment is sent from the team member who will be handling your enquiry. It is not automated follow-up, and it does not subscribe you to anything.
If your situation is ready for structured clinical review, the team will recommend the intake process. It is always presented as a separate, explicit step — never assumed.
The clinical review intake is a secure, dedicated route for cases that are past first contact and ready for structured assessment. It is separate from the general contact process and designed specifically for this stage.
